★ Character Sheet is not a Character Design. If you wish to have a Character Design with the sheet that will be a added consultation fee for the design.
★ Prices may vary with complexity. (e.g. Complex Designs, Add-ons such as a Bust/Side View.)

Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. You can’t get a refund once I start drawing, keep this in mind, please.

☆ GENERAL TERMS ☆★ All communications should be kept polite and commissions-oriented. Failure to uphold professionalism will result in immediate termination of your request.
★ Commission requests should be as clear and concise as possible; visual references are highly encouraged and very helpful, but not mandatory.
★ Should you change your mind on receiving a commission, a request to be placed back onto the waitlist is possible.I will NOT do:
-Mecha
-Elderly Characters
-Heavily Armored Designs
-NSFWIf not sure on what I can do or not to, don't hesitate to ask!☆ PAYMENT ☆★ Please be advised that complex designs can increase the payment.
★ All commissions must be paid in full upfront unless discussed otherwise.
★ The currency accepted is USD $
★ Any payments are made through PAYPAL with invoices or Ko-Fi.☆ PROCESS ☆★ Once it is your turn I will start on the requested art after discussion.
★ I will send a sketch for approval, this is the only time allowed for major changes. (You only get 3 major changes. Any more changes will cost 5% of the initial price.) Once lines are started there will be no more major changes. An accurate color palette is also strongly recommended if possible.
★ If the invoice has not been paid within a week, I will cancel it as well as the commission. (unless discussed otherwise.)
★ The estimated turn around is 1-5 months after I received the payment. This can also change depending on complexity + how busy my life irl gets.
★ Commission work will be sent via google drive link (contents will include: the art with a color background, another one with a transparent background if requested, and another one with a watermark on it!) The folder will be deleted in two weeks after completion. Email can also be used as an alternate method of sending the finished piece.☆ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ☆★ I will do everything within reason to make my customers happy.
★ However I won't be allowing any major changes to be made after the sketch is approved. So please ask for a WIP update for any minor changes (like a change of color).☆ COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY ☆★ I retain all copyright to my art.
★ All commissions are for personal use only, please contact me if you’d like something for commercial use.
★ The commissioner may repost for personal use only, but you must not make major edits to the artwork, credit MUST be given.
★ You CANNOT resell my art, use as NFTs, nor for AI.The commissioner is allowed to:
★ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. This implies:
-Using as a icon with credit
-Printing out to hang in your house, etc.What is considered as Commercial Work:
★ Using as a graphic on your video/live stream with credit
★ Using illustrated work as merchandise
★ Using character design for future mascot/avatar/vtuber/etc.
(A commercial rights fee will be 15% of the initial commission price.)★ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted, a ban may also follow.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
★ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner.)
★ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
★ Removing any watermarks/signatures.
★ Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.★ Finished commissions will be posted on my social media sites, if you’d prefer otherwise, please mention it during the order.☆ CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY ☆★ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
★ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
★ If money has not been sent yet within a week of the invoice the artist has the right to cancel the commission.
★ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You are forbidden to commission me ever again.
★Your name will be publicly noted for other artists to watch out for.
★ I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.★ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission. ★
